Requirement: None
We learn and solidify the breastbone stroke with optimal water position = "BALANCE". At the end of the course, the arms are already in the overall movement. Accompanying there are SLIDING in the water, first dive attempts and jumping (completely informal, there is no "MUST" here, if he does not want to).
Requirement: Breastbone strike with pre-drive
We learn and solidify the overall coordination of arms and legs. In parallel, we continue to reduce the carrying capacity of our aids. As a target, we aim to swim with every child in a belt. Accompanying we have deep and distance diving as well as jumps from the edge of the pool (also here on a voluntary basis).
Prerequisite: arm-leg coordination "chest" + aids 5er belt
We consolidate and refine the overall coordination of arms and legs and strive for an optimal water position. Buoyancy and propulsion are improved so that at the end of the course 2-5 m breaststroke - with maximum of a 3-belt as an aid - should be achieved.
